William S. Kenney Sr. founded the company in 1976, and since then we have carried out a wide range of new construction and renovation projects for Clients, including major retail companies, bio-medical research institutions, colleges and universities, as well as household names in the telecommunications industry.

All of our Clients demand high standards from us.  Our work for Macy’s, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Verizon Wireless and the Berklee School of Music is both a testament to our depth of knowledge and experience – and a demonstration of our ability to deliver.

Since the founding of the company W.S. Kenney has taken every opportunity to forge long-term relationships with our Clients, the design professions we work with and with our many sub-contractors and suppliers.  We are proud to be able to say that we have had ongoing relationships with 90% of our Clients for over 15 years!
